It may be easy to predict the cycle in a two-player game, but in Commander, there are three opponents who can change the cycle before it gets back around to your turn
You could blind-flip or cast Nissa for a large enough amount of mana that just about anythings a hit, but youre supposed to scry and leave a card on top to 0 into the following turn
And while you wont be cashing this particular Charizard in for the $100,000+ you would a graded Shadowless version, you can still expect some solid value from it

The Magneton probably could have scored an 8.5, you do have to remember that grading isnt 100% consistent
